Black and White Photography is my new obsession

and so i crossed a few photos in the net and saw a picture that is in black n white. the first impression when i saw the picture, wow! blows my mind. i know some of you might ask yourself, "hey, is this guy for real?". well keep on reading and maybe i can change your point of view about this 'so called' grayscale tone or what others in the photography line called them, the BnW@ black n white photography. although the picture doesn't have colours in it like the usual dslr's these days, the picture itself brings a lot of emotion to it. The more we look at it, it makes us feel the curiousity in which you will try to imagine what will it looks like if you were at the photographer's position when taking the picture. this is what makes it more unique. the thing about grayscale tone is that it creates some sort of a mystery to the picture, giving the picture a lil bit of an edge compare to other tones. but of course there are alot of things that we must consider in choosing the perfect tone for our picture. although some might disagree, it also depends on the moments that is captured by the photographer, the composition of the picture, whether it follows the rule of the triangle, etc, then you can see the difference in the picture that you can choose the tone for the picture. these days, there are alot of softwares that can convert our pictures that is taken from the dslr, to BnW with little or no effort. here are some of the photos that i have taken and they are converted to BnW. Although my picture isn't that good, but i hope that you enjoyed watching it. and if you have anything in mind, like comments and critiques, please feel free to do so and kindly leave your comments below. thanks for reading and i will come back with more posts about photography and other things soon.

Photoshoot with friends

Hello guys. My friend here is Zhafari. He is my housemate in UTP. Well, I actually know him for years as we are from the same high school. Enough with the bla3 introduction. Zhafari wanted me to take some pictures of him for his resume. I took this oppurtunity to do some indoor shootings with him as well as improving my techniques on lighting. So I tried a few settings and end up with the picture above.

How to Disable Apple Mobile Service?

Just sharing some info while cleaning up the mess that I did. FYI i'm currrently using Windows 7. For some reasons my laptop overheated after i I installed or update my iTunes. Usually when this happens there must be some hidden process going on in the system. Checked the task manager using the shortcut CTRL + ALT + DEL(whoe doesn't know this?) and clicked the show process from all users and trying to find the processes that eat up the processor speed. Just as I've expected it was the Apple Mobile Service. It is a program to detect any apple devices such as iPod, iPhone, iPad etc. So i looked up on how to disable this process as everytime i logged into the computer it started automatically. So how to disable it? Super easy. If you are having the same problem and wanted to disable the process, here's the instructions:

Instructions:
1. Exit out of the iTunes program if it is open, and unplug the iPod, iPad or iPhone from your computer if it is connected.

2.Click the Windows menu button in the lower-left corner of the desktop screen, and click the search field on the pop-up menu.
3.Type "Services" in the field, and press the "Enter" button on your keyboard to open the Services window.
4.Select "Services (Local)" in the Services window's sidebar, and click "Apple Mobile Device" in the Name column in the Services window
5.Click the "Stop" hyperlink to disable the program, and click the "X" button in the upper-right corner of the window to save and exit.,
Thanks for reading and happy trying. Hope it helped you. =)

Caving in Malaysia ( Fairy Cave, Sarawak )

Caving at Fairy Cave, Bau, Kuching, Sarawak.

For 22 years of living in Sarawak, this the the first time that I've ever heard of Fairy Cave. A few friends wanted to go there, so I couldn't resist to go and watch this place myself. Had a lot of fun caving and climbing this cave with some friends. It's really dark during the climb and windy i might say. Syarif, Keruz and Bibut are the three others who gave the idea of caving here. Thought that it could be fun as I haven't done this in awhile so I joined them without hesitation. It was a bit tiring with all the climbing and stuff but in the end it was worthwhile watching the beautiful views from inside the cave! Below are some of the photos that i took while caving. Enjoy the view! =)
